If you wish to return goods to the Eye Emporium we must be notified by e-mail at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  within 7 days of receipt if the product is not suitable or damaged.

Prescription orders are customised for you. You cannot return the product for an exchange or refund.

Simply contact us for a return authorization number and return the merchandise in resaleable condition in its original packaging (box or case, cloth bag, warranty card etc). Please also include either the original invoice/delivery note supplied and details of your, order/invoice number and your requirements for exchange or refund.

We recommend you send the return special delivery as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility

A £4.99 admin fee per item applies when correctly supplied items are returned for exchange or refund and postage costs are not refundable. If there is an error on our part the admin fee is waived.

Once a returned item is received a refund will be processed within 2 weeks of the item being received.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
